Looking for that perfect place to hold your next big event! Look no further. The Warm Springs Cabana Club offers a well appointed clubhouse for rent. Facilities include a large entertainment area, kitchen and side patio area perfect for parties, dances, Eagle Scout Court of Honor Ceremonies, Graduation and Anniversary celebrations.
The Clubhouse is available all year round. For times and availability please view the WS Cabana Club Calendar and then contact Rentals Coordinator to schedule your event!
Clubhouse Policy
- Rent out to member only; however, a member may sponsor an event for a non-member friend or neighbor.
- The sponsoring member is required to attend the event and any pre-event activities, including decoration, catering, setup, cleanup, etc.
- The party CANNOT start before 9 am
- Pre-event activities can start at 7am or the evening before
- No bouncing house
Rental Hours
- $250.00 – Half day (9:00 am – 4:00 pm)
- $400.00
- Full day weekdays (9:00 am – 9:00 pm, Sun. – Thu.; quiet clean up 9:00 pm – 10:00 pm)
- Full day weekends (9:00 am – 10:00 pm, Fri. & Sat.; quiet clean up 10:00 pm – 11:00 pm)
- $500.00 – refundable security deposit
